Paul is a masters rower, coach of the River City Rowing Club mens masters team, and former NCAA Academic All-American basketball player. He leads the team with 20-plus years of experience in industrial research and product development in bioengineering, health care, sports science, and data analytics. Paul has earned three degrees in mechanical engineering: Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. from Texas A&M.
Seth is a three-time U.S. National Team member, U.S. Rowing’s 2015 Male Athlete of the Year, and a 2016 Olympian. He has accumulated extensive experience in the technology, science, and art of high-performance rowing and has built engineering expertise in aero-mechanical control systems. Seth holds a B.S. in aerospace/mechanical engineering and a B.S. in psychology from the University of California, Davis.
Colm holds 10 years of experience in software engineering, product development and manufacturing where he has developed software solutions and apps that span the enterprise, industrial, consumer, social, and hospitality fields. Colm thrives at the intersection of mechanical systems and software applications and graduated with an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
